Two Saturday’s each month at the farm for a two hour morning session of pure focus on your own ability to heal along with the assistance of meditation, connecting to nature, harnessing the horse energy (from outside the horse enclosure) and journaling. This two hour session will be all about you taking time out to just be. You will be encouraged to be present with your own connection to your mind body and spirit. Starting with meditation , then going out to the sacred land and sitting with your own thoughts and realisations you will gain to give you clarity and a sense of peace, this is an inward journey that you will be guided to just sit with, having time to journal and self reflect. i’ve decided to restrict numbers so we can create, as a small group of like minded souls.
Unlike previous retreats rather than sharing your experience with others verbally this is a quiet and reflective space that allows you to immerse yourself within you and to open up all that is ready to be bought forward at this time for YOU 🙏🏼
